Stone Age Stories

Writing on the Wall were approached by Trinity Catholic Primary School to deliver workshops based around the theme of the Stone Age. One of our previous Young Writers, Lina went into the school to work with the children. Lina took part in our first Young Writers project back in 2007 and is still writing and performing today and working with the fantastic Brohuaha.

“I really enjoyed working with the Year 3 pupils and their teachers on Stone Age story telling and writing. The children worked really well together in groups to create new stories. Creative writing has given them a better understanding about the lives of people during the Stone Age. Well done to them all!”

As well as printing all the children’s work created in the workshops with Lina, we used this opportunity to make the book interactive with drawing and writing exercises.
